1. Domestic Shipping Only: We ship exclusively within Australia. Orders cannot be shipped internationally at this time.

2. Carriers & Fulfillment: Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

3. Packaging: All parcels are packed in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure full discretion. No identifying content will appear on the outer label.

4. Processing Time: Orders placed before 2pm AEST (Monday–Friday) are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

5. Delivery Timeframes: Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) and Express Shipping (1–2 business days) are available. Delivery estimates may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
