Refund Policy

At Bad Buddie, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a fair and respectful returns process, especially considering the sensitive nature of our products.

1. Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for hygiene reasons.

2. Exclusions: For health and safety, we cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened or tampered with. Certain sale items may also be marked 'Final Sale' and are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process: Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, a prepaid return label will be issued. Returned goods must be sent within 7 days of receiving return instructions.

4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Refunds are for the product price only unless otherwise stated.

5. Proof of Purchase: Returns must include a valid order confirmation or receipt. We cannot process returns without proof of purchase.

6. Damaged/Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or the wrong item is received, please contact us within 48 hours. Include photos and order information for fast resolution via replacement or refund.
